Bohemian Soul

Project's description

Bohemian Soul Penthouse, Ramat Hasharon

This penthouse in Ramat Hasharon was designed as a home for a family of five.
The interior spans 260 square meters with an impressive ceiling height of
3.5 meters, complemented by an additional 240 square meters of expansive balconies.

Indoor–outdoor living

The generous balconies function as an extension of the interior and host multiple
uses, including a dining area, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a stylish living
space adjacent to a glass-stream pool. Tall plants and trees fill each balcony,
creating the atmosphere of a private house rather than a high-rise penthouse.

Arrival and architectural statement

Upon entering the apartment, a striking “power wall” immediately defines the space.
Clad in a unique veneer finish, its elegant dividing lines form a dramatic niche with
vertical LED lighting that subtly guides movement toward the front door.

Design language

The overall style blends classic design with touches of bohemian chic and vibrant
bursts of color. This combination gives the penthouse its distinctive character —
refined yet relaxed, expressive yet balanced — perfectly suited to contemporary
family living.
