Residential Lobby Design, Modi’in

Guy & Doron Levy’s firm developed a residential neighborhood in Modi’in and entrusted our
studio with the design of the main and floor lobbies across all buildings. This lobby is one
of several that represent the shared design concept developed for the project.

Design concept

The lobbies were designed for families with children of different ages, set against the
open landscapes of Israel. The concept balances classic and contemporary design elements,
expressed through clear vertical lines and carefully selected materials.

Materiality and atmosphere

Warm textures, such as wooden strips, are paired with cooler elements like black iron
cladding, creating a calm yet refined contrast. The flooring provides a timeless and
classic foundation, grounding the space and unifying the overall interior language.
