Two-Level Penthouse on the 50th Floor, Tel Aviv
Located on the 50th floor of one of Tel Aviv’s most iconic towers, this two-level penthouse
spans 335 square meters and includes a large private terrace with a personal pool. Designed
by Tzvia Kazayoff, the apartment was conceived as a visual concept intended to reveal the
full potential of a rare property valued at approximately 45 million shekels.
Concept and vision
As the residence was offered as a shell, the primary goal was to inspire future buyers with
a clear and compelling vision, while preserving the flexibility to adapt the space to their
individual needs and lifestyle.
Main living level
The lower level introduces a refined and dramatic living experience, featuring a built-in
wine fridge, a bold pivot entrance door, and a custom stainless steel kitchen complemented
by a gradient wall finish. A round sofa, concealed ceiling-mounted television, and an
Italian-designed dining area create a welcoming yet sophisticated atmosphere.
A curved staircase connects the two floors, leading upward to a striking double-height bar
finished in marble and brass, serving as a central architectural and social focal point.
Outdoor terrace
The expansive terrace offers panoramic city views and functions as a true sky-high retreat.
A travertine stone pool with a fountain, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, custom lounge
furniture, cacti landscaping, and soft ambient lighting together create an elevated outdoor
living environment.
Design approach
Every detail of the penthouse reflects a vision of contemporary luxury, spatial generosity,
and endless possibilities, presenting a clear yet open-ended framework for future living.
