Warm Classic Apartment, Tel Aviv
Located on the 29th floor, this apartment was designed by interior designer Tzvia Kazayoff
for a couple who relocated from a large private home in Ra’anana to a 165-square-meter
city apartment with a small balcony. Their request was clear: a home that feels functional,
modest, classic, and above all — warm.
Design philosophy
As Tzvia Kazayoff describes, warmth was a guiding principle throughout the project.
“There is always a balance between cold materials and warm materials,” she explains.
This balance shaped every design decision, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable
atmosphere.
Material palette and color
A clean, neutral color palette defines the living spaces, unified by natural wood flooring
that runs throughout the apartment. In the living room, soft linen tones were selected to
brighten the space, while the kitchen features a crisp white color scheme that adds depth
and clarity.
The dining area introduces a more dramatic expression, standing out as a focal point
through the use of darker hues and rich textures that contrast gently with the rest of the
home.
Continuity and harmony
A recurring design motif connects all areas of the apartment, creating a continuous and
elegant visual line. This sense of cohesion binds the entire space together and reinforces
the calm, timeless character of the home.
