Mediterranean Sea

Project's description

Mediterranean Garden Apartment, North Tel Aviv

This 180-square-meter garden apartment in North Tel Aviv was designed around a strong
connection to nature and a carefully measured balance of materials. The result is a
contemporary eclectic interior that blends classic elements with a modern design approach.

Material dialogue

A thoughtful combination of bold materials — copper, brass, and concrete — is softened
by the warmth of wood and the subtle glow of marble. Together, these elements create an
elegant and luminous atmosphere while preserving the authentic warmth that defines the
home’s character.

Outdoor living concept

The outdoor areas were designed as a natural extension of the interior, fully embracing
the garden-apartment lifestyle. Taking Israel’s climate into account, the concept enables
a complete outdoor living experience throughout the year.

An outdoor concrete kitchen, relaxed seating such as beanbags, a dining area, and a
luxurious pool come together to form an inviting and functional exterior environment —
one that encourages everyday use as well as effortless entertaining.
