Warm and Youthful Penthouse Renovation, Tel Aviv
The design concept for this Tel Aviv penthouse goes beyond pure aesthetics, focusing
instead on reflecting the lifestyle and daily rhythms of the people who call it home.
To fully realize this vision and meet the clients’ needs, the apartment underwent a
comprehensive renovation.
Replanning the space
Both floors of the penthouse were completely redesigned, including the replacement
of the staircase, in order to improve functionality and support the newly created
layout. These changes allowed the spaces to flow more naturally and respond better
to everyday living.
Design approach
The goal was to create a home that feels warm, youthful, and vibrant, while remaining
sensitive to its urban surroundings. An open and productive dialogue with the clients
made it possible to design and tailor the apartment down to the finest details.
Privacy and comfort
As part of the redesign, the bedroom was relocated to the quieter eastern side of the
apartment, away from the busy street. This strategic move ensured a calm and peaceful
atmosphere, reinforcing the home’s sense of comfort and balance.
