Project's description

Modern Courtyard Home

This enchanting home spans approximately 120 square meters of interior space and is
complemented by a 60-square-meter private courtyard. It belongs to a family with a
precise aesthetic sensibility and the courage to embrace bold design decisions.

Design concept

The design is rooted in the purity of modern architecture, defined by clean, straight
lines and the use of advanced contemporary materials. This approach creates a calm,
restrained atmosphere that feels both refined and timeless.

Public living spaces

The kitchen continues the minimalist design language with a quiet, balanced presence.
It connects seamlessly with the dining and living areas, forming a comfortable and
functional open-plan layout that promotes a sense of tranquility throughout the home.

To preserve visual clarity, the ceiling was lowered to conceal electrical systems,
air conditioning, and hidden lighting, allowing uninterrupted lines and a clean flow
across the entire space.

Private areas

The master suite stands out for its bold and unconventional approach. A wide variety
of materials is combined with exceptional craftsmanship, most notably a freestanding
bathtub positioned at the center of an open closet — redefining the traditional concept
of a bathroom.

Every space in the home, including the bathrooms, home cinema, children’s room, and
the inviting courtyard, adheres to the same uncompromising design language that defines
this distinctive and cohesive living environment.
