Jaffa Sea Shore

Project's description

Colorful Seaside Apartment

With a direct view of the beach, the planning of this apartment maintains a constant
dialogue with both the urban and natural landscape. The placement of openings was
carefully designed in response to the sun’s movement, the building’s facades, and the
unique characteristics of the Israeli climate.

Context and inspiration

The apartment draws inspiration from the vibrant neighborhood that surrounds it —
an area shaped by a rich mix of religions, cultures, and everyday life. This diverse
context influenced the colorful and expressive character of the interior.

Design approach

Through thoughtful planning and sensitivity to place, a home was created for clients
seeking warmth, beauty, and emotional connection. Elements of color, texture, and light
were carefully woven together to form a welcoming and distinctive living environment
that feels both personal and deeply rooted in its surroundings.
