Elegant Family Apartment

This elegant and dramatic apartment was designed for a couple in their thirties with
young children. Located in a new residential project, the apartment was purchased at
an advanced stage of construction, requiring bold and decisive planning.

Replanning the space

Design work began toward the end of construction. As soon as the occupancy permit was
received, the existing layout was demolished and replaced with an almost entirely new
spatial organization. The redesign allowed the apartment to fully respond to the
family’s daily routines, needs, and lifestyle.

Design philosophy

According to interior designer Tzvia Kazayoff, this project demonstrates how a home
should remain faithful to the people who live in it — even when that means departing
from conventional layouts or standard planning solutions.

The result is a refined yet expressive interior that offers comfort, functionality,
and visual richness for both adults and children, blending elegance with everyday
family life.
