Project's description

Eclectic Sea-View Apartment at Gindi Towers

In their eighties, this courageous couple made a bold life change, moving from their
private home in Ra’anana to Gindi Towers in the heart of Tel Aviv. Located on the
29th floor, the 195-square-meter apartment is surrounded by a 20-square-meter balcony
and offers sweeping views of the sea and the urban skyline.

Design concept

The apartment was designed in an eclectic style that blends antique furniture from the
couple’s personal collection with newly designed pieces tailored specifically to the
scale and proportions of the space. The result is a refined yet deeply personal interior
that reflects both history and renewal.

Living with the view

Both the main living area and the bedroom were planned with wide, generous windows to
ensure uninterrupted views of the sea. This approach allows the couple to enjoy the
surrounding landscape from every corner of the apartment, turning the view into an
integral part of everyday life.
