White Concept Lobby, Efraim Pliner Building
“Wear white this summer” was the guiding idea behind the design of the main lobby in the
residential building developed by contractor Efraim Pliner. The lobby was conceived as a
light, festive space that conveys a sense of freedom, openness, and calm from the moment
of entry.
Design approach
The design emphasizes brightness, height, and spatial clarity. A monochromatic white
palette enhances the architectural proportions and creates an airy, contemporary
atmosphere.
Signature wall element
A custom wall covering was developed specifically for this project, inspired by origami
folds. By duplicating and abstracting the company’s logo, a sculptural white iron wall
was created at the entrance. This feature welcomes residents with a feeling of lightness
while subtly highlighting the identity of Efraim Pliner.
Arrival experience
The result is a lobby that sets the tone for the entire building — a calm, inviting space
that allows residents to transition effortlessly from the city outside into a relaxed
home environment.
