Tel-Aviv Nature Penthouse
In the northern center of Tel Aviv, just steps from Kikar Hamedina, lies a one-of-a-kind penthouse designed for a professional couple, their two daughters, and two Yorkshire terriers. From the earliest planning stage — when the site was still sand — the vision was clear: to transform a standard contractor’s apartment into a cosmopolitan, finely detailed home that blends Israeli ease with international elegance.
The project evolved from structural changes carried out together with the building contractor to meticulous finishing works, resulting in a complete reimagining of the space and a masterful use of every centimeter. The outcome is a penthouse radiating balance and harmony, defined by a soft palette of earthy tones accented with light blue, conveying a refined yet effortless design language.
Interior concept and materiality
The interiors reflect a sense of sophisticated ease — never forced, never pretentious — achieved through precise planning and the curated selection of premium finishes. Natural marble, solid wood parquet, fine leather, and additional tactile materials were carefully combined to create an elegant, harmonious, and timeless atmosphere.
Terrace as an extension of the home
From the moment of entry, the expansive terrace unfolds before the visitor, overlooking the sea and seamlessly extending the interior outdoors. A jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, open-air lounge, sunbeds, and a sculptural cactus garden form a relaxed yet carefully composed setting that reflects the homeowners’ lifestyle.
The penthouse captures the essence of contemporary design — a delicate equilibrium between warm and cool, masculine and feminine, privacy and hospitality. It is both an urban dream and, above all, a real home.
