Soft elegance

Project's description

Model Penthouse in Rosh HaAyin

This 120-square-meter penthouse in Rosh HaAyin was designed as a model apartment,
intended to demonstrate the full potential of the building. With an additional
60-square-meter balcony, the residence offers a spacious and comfortable living
environment tailored for a modern family.

Open living concept

The heart of the apartment was conceived as an open and inviting space, combining
a softly toned living room, a warm dining area, and a clean, minimalist kitchen.
Large glass doors open onto the expansive balcony, flooding the interior with
natural light and reinforcing a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Children’s rooms

The children’s rooms were designed with particular care and sensitivity. One room
features custom round carpentry, creating a quiet, intimate corner where a child can
sit, read, rest, and enjoy a sense of personal retreat. Another room was planned for
a baby, using gentle colors and soft textures to establish a calm and comforting
atmosphere.

Master suite and bathrooms

The master bedroom was designed as a peaceful and elegant sanctuary, complete with
an en-suite bathroom and finished with warm materials such as natural wood and soft
textiles. In addition, the apartment includes a shared family bathroom and a guest
toilet, where a sculptural sink introduces a distinctive and expressive design element.

Design approach

Throughout the apartment, the design emphasizes soft textures, natural tones, and
quiet elegance. Every element was carefully selected to create a serene, welcoming,
and harmonious home environment.
